Stage 9 Report
Stage 9 Completion Report
Implemented
- Database scaling review and partitioning plan
- Daily merchant and platform summary tables
- Queue locking, stale lock release, failed-job retry, worker heartbeats
- Background job handler foundation
- Cache service with Redis support and file fallback
- Slow request logging and admin observability endpoint
- Deep health check endpoint
- Backup, restore, deployment, supervisor, cron, and logrotate files
- Load testing examples and operational runbooks
Known Limitations
- Optional partition scripts are not automatically run.
- Queue handlers are safe placeholders for some external integrations until real PSP/provider code is connected.
- Redis is optional; file cache fallback is suitable for staging but not ideal for multi-node production.
Next Recommended Stage
Prepare real PSP/provider sandbox integrations, external reconciliation file imports, and a formal staging load test plan.
SikaaHub is ready for controlled staging deployment and pilot preparation, but not production-certified until provider integrations, penetration testing, legal review, and regulatory review are complete.
