Stage 10 adds sandbox and QA infrastructure so SikaaHub can be tested without real money movement.

Implemented

• APP_MODE=sandbox|production configuration.
• is_sandbox markers on sandbox-sensitive tables.
• Sandbox seed and reset CLI tools.
• Sandbox wallet credit, debit, and reset endpoints.
• Provider and webhook simulator endpoints.
• Mock provider scenario table and admin management endpoints.
• QA suite scripts and JSON/HTML report generator.
• Pilot metrics endpoints.
• Sandbox, testing, UAT, provider simulation, and pilot readiness documentation.
• Sandbox Postman collection.

Known Limitations

• Provider simulation records provider/webhook outcomes but does not replace final certification with real PSP integrations.
• QA scripts are smoke-flow checks, not a complete regulatory acceptance suite.
• Production certification still requires penetration testing, legal review, regulatory review, and provider certification.
